Nokia 808 Pure View Review- The 41 Mega Pixel Camera Phone

As you know about the stunning announcement by Nokia about its 41 Mega Pixel phone  Nokia 808 Pure view , it has already created a lot of buzz and this way, nokia has probably got people’s attention back to them as well. Here we get you a video review, specification, images and price updates of the Nokia 808 Pure View. The  Nokia 808 PureView  features a large, high-resolution 41 megapixel sensor with high-performance Carl Zeiss optics and new pixel oversampling technology. Let me explain what this 41 Mega Pixel is all about : Actually, it’s not a 41 Mega Pixel Camera  but it is having a 41 MP Camera Sensor. The 808 camera doesn’t take 41-megapixel photos; it collects 41 megapixels of data and uses all that data to create a very nice photo of a much smaller size. Imagine a photo around 8000×5000 pixels that isn’t particularly sharp; now shrink it down to something significantly smaller — maybe around 3000×2500 pixels (~8MP), just as an estimate. At standard ...

Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G Review

It's half-2011, half-2010. Yes, the Samsung Galaxy S Blaze 4G is what appears to be in many respects a hybrid device that blends a majority of specs from the original Samsung Galaxy S series with the processor found in the T-Mobile Galaxy S II. It's got a 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S3 CPU, 4-inch Super AMOLED panel, 42Mbps HSPA+ radios and a 5MP rear camera capable of producing 720p video and a 1.3MP front-facing shooter. It's using Android 2.3, and its eventual graduation to ICS was confirmed. T-Mobile insists the Blaze is a great lower-end complement to the $200 Galaxy S II, though to that end we'd have to disagree with the phone's $150 price point. Even though the processors are the same in both handsets and the two devices offer the same HSPA+ radio and TouchWiz UI 4.0, most of the phone's other components are still rolled over from the original series. That said, our only real concern here is the price -- the Blaze itself is well built, and most folks ...

Trident Cyclops Case For The HTC EVO 4G

The folks from  Trident Cases  were nice enough to send me a review unit of their brand new  Trident Cyclops for the HTC EVO 4G . I must say, after putting this case on and using for a few hours, there are several reasons that this is my new favorite case, and I'd like to do some show and tell. My first impression of the Cyclops was actually a direct result of its packaging.   There's a lot that can be said for good, clean packaging, and this box delivers with some cool tech info and a QR code that takes you to a video of a Trident employee smacking around an iPad in one of their cases. I like this. The case itself comes in 3 parts: the front and back polycarbonate shells and a silicone ring that wraps around everything.     As you can see, I got the black case, but unlike pretty much  every other  true heavy duty  case , the Cyclops offers some really nice color variety. You can get blue, yellow, black, red, white, and orange....

Review And Comparison: Otterbox Commuter And Defender Cases For The Galaxy Nexus

Cases - some people love them, others hate them. Regardless of how you feel about them, there is one truth: they're useful and help keep your device in top condition. A quick look through eBay or Craigslist will prove the value of keeping your gear in a case - when trying to sell a device most users put "has been in a case since day one" or something similar (whether it's true or not). That assures the buyer that they are getting a near-mint condition piece of kit. When it comes to top-notch device protection, one name often comes to mind: Otterbox. They make some of the toughest, longest lasting, and most protective cases that we've ever seen. Today we're going to take a look at two cases designed for the  Galaxy Nexus : the Commuter and Defender series.   Commuter Price:  $35.99 ($25 at  Amazon ) Where to Buy:   Otterbox ,  Amazon In the Box:  Case, Screen protector The Bottom Line:  This is the most practical solution for t...
