Ipad 3 Features
iPad 3 is a hotly debated topic this festive season. Reports from a variety of sources and a variety of analyst’s point at some novel features that the iPad 3 might sport. Honestly speaking, there isn’t a day when the iPad 3 rumors aren’t flying. Some days it might be some feature, other days it might be something related to iPad 3 release date. Well, if you haven’t been keeping up to date with the iPad 3 rumors. Here is a recap of the top 3 features emanating from the rumors.
iPad 3 to feature a retina display
iPad 3 to feature a retina display
The rumors are flying all around regarding the iPad 3 featuring a retina display. Some days we have Sharp Electronics manufacturing the displays, other days we have the retina display making the iPad 3 a tad thicker than the iPad 2. Bottom line, there is a very good chance that the iPad 3 will feature a 2056 x 1536 retina display without a pixel density of above 300 PPI.
iPad 3 to have a super-duper quad core processor
The iPhone 4S featured the A5 processor which was a dual core affair. But if some reports are to be believed the iPad 3 might get a huge appraisal by means of the A6 processor, which is going to be a quad core processor. There isn’t going much around the iPad 3 featuring the A6 and there is a very good chance that the A5 will be used in the iPad 3. But no harms in expecting a bit more eh?
iPad 3 to have 4G capabilities
According to an earlier report or rather rumor, Apple had made an exclusive deal with NTT Docomo to launch its 4G iPad 3 in Japan. Although this rumor was later quashed by another report, there is still hope that the iPad 3 might have 4G capabilities. Android tablets already have a few golden nuggets that have 4G built-in. So it would be a wise move for the iPad 3 to g one up on the connectivity front and support 4G technologies.
