Samsung galaxy s3 is expected to be the most powerful android phone of the future. It will offer 1.8 GHz Dual Core Exynos Processor, 4.6inch Display, 2GB RAM and 12MP camera. Galaxy S3 will be available for purchase in first qtr of 2012
It is also expected that it will run the Google latest android OS IceCream Standwich. Some source say it will have 16 MP camera some say 12MP but these are just rumors, Samsung has not spoken any exact details about its new Samsung Galaxy S3.
The upcoming device will also possess NFC and LTE capabilities and a W750 BSI CMOS camera sensor.
The iphone 5 is also expected to be launched in 1 Qtr of 2012, so it will be bettle of monsters once again.

I’ve been a bit slack in my  BlackBerry 101  lectures as of late – I blame the  Smartphone Round Robin , all the  Contests  we’ve been running on the site and the busy Holiday Season. My apologies!
