There are two methods of downloading videos. One is to use website’s that allow you to download the video using the URL. The second option is to use addons for Mozilla Firefox.

Just understand than taking a low quality video format and converting it to HD won’t make it true HD. However, you can take a standard MP4 and make it HD up to 1080p.
